The migas tacos are some of my favorite in town. The flavor is great and unique, and the corn chips are crispy (as they should be).

Edit: to 5 stars cause it was a really memorable meal! —Only giving it 4/5 because the torta ahogada is not made with real birote but it was still served on good bread. My family is from Guadalajara and I had been craving a torta ahogada for a while, found this rec on reddit and it did not disappoint! The carnitas are very well seasoned, the salsa to soak it in was I think accurate, and they include a spicy salsa and pickled onions. I ordered it on DoorDash but would love to visit the food truck! This was my lifesaver after I was hungover, the spicy salsa did it for me! Saw other reviews saying "these are not tortas ahogadas", I mean it's hard to get the ingredients, birote is the most difficult! But honestly the flavor was there, give it a chance. :)
